The interactions that occur on a body may seem complicated at first sight, but the fundamental forces of Nature are actually only four:
Fundamental forces | |
---|---|
Strong nuclear force | Atomic nuclei |
Weak nuclear force | Atomic nuclei |
Electromagnetic | Electric charge |
Gravitation | Mass |
The first two forces have a very short radius of action and act inside the nuclei of the atoms. The electromagnetic force acts between electrically charged particles and is responsible for electrical and magnetic phenomena.

Finally, the gravitational force described by Newton is responsible for the attraction felt by bodies that possess a mass.
Here you can find Newton’s laws problems.
